About Me
I started The Pickleball Physio after seeing two things come together: my passion for helping people return to the activities they love and the rapid growth of pickleball across the country.
As the sport has expanded, so has the need for trustworthy information about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance. Through my experiences as a physical therapist, athlete, and pickleball player, I’ve seen how a single injury can limit not only physical activity but also the friendships, confidence, and sense of community that make the game so rewarding.
The Pickleball Physio was created to provide players with expert guidance, evidence-based resources, and personalized care so they can stay active, healthy, and continue enjoying the sport for years to come.
My mission is to provide an individualized approach to health and wellness in the Pickleball community, and to be a trusted resource for all those dealing with a painful experience affecting their ability to participate
To empower the pickleball community with expert coaching, personalized rehabilitation, and comprehensive wellness support, enabling every player to achieve their full potential on and off the court.

Landon Uetz PT, DPT
I grew up in North Dakota, where sports played a major role in shaping who I am today. I attended the University of Jamestown, where I played college baseball before earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota. In 2020, I moved to Arizona in search of new opportunities, warmer weather, and new adventures. While Arizona has become home, my Midwest roots and family values remain at the center of everything I do.
My path into physical therapy was heavily influenced by my own experiences with injury. Throughout my athletic career, I faced several setbacks, including persistent low back pain that challenged both my physical and mental resilience. After stepping away from baseball for a period of time, I was fortunate enough to return and eventually earn conference Player of the Year honors along with Academic and Athletic All-American recognition. Those experiences taught me that recovery is about much more than exercises and treatment plans—it requires support, trust, patience, and the right team in your corner.
Today, one of the most exciting parts of my professional journey is working directly with pickleball players at Center Court Pickleball Club in Glendale, Arizona. Combining my passion for physical therapy with one of the fastest-growing sports in the country has allowed me to help athletes and active adults stay active, recover from injuries, and continue doing what they love.
Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from my family. My fiancée and our two children are my biggest motivation and constantly remind me of the importance of health, balance, and making the most of every day. Whether it’s spending time together, exploring the outdoors, or simply being present for life’s little moments, family is at the heart of everything I do.
When I’m not working with patients, you’ll usually find me on the pickleball court, running, hunting, fishing, golfing, or cheering on Minnesota sports teams despite decades of heartbreak. I believe relationships matter, and I strive to bring authenticity, empathy, and positivity to every interaction.
I look forward to getting to know you and helping you stay healthy, active, and doing the things you love most.
